Licensing Help for BCBAs and ABA Agencies

Whether you are moving, opening in a new state, or serving clients across state lines, we prepare every license your practice needs: BCBA endorsement or a full application, assistant licenses, technician registrations where a state requires them, and every renewal after that. You review, sign and submit; we do the rest.

We handle the paperwork, the verifications and the board follow-up so you can keep seeing clients.

Our White-Glove Licensing Process

1. Eligibility Screening, Before You Pay Anything

We map where your clients and supervisees are and where you hold licenses today. Then we sort every state into a route: a license by reciprocity or endorsement, a full application, a short temporary-practice window, or no state license at all. We check what stalls ABA files before you pay a non-refundable fee: BACB verification, fingerprints, state law requirements, and the licenses your assistants and technicians need.

2. Applications, Verifications and Follow-Up

We prepare the complete application package for each state and request your BACB verification, license verifications and fingerprints. The BACB warns against letting anyone else complete your application, so you review, sign and submit it; we track it and answer board questions with you until a decision.

3. Renewals and CE

Every license renews on its own date, some every year, and many tie renewal to your BACB recertification. We keep one calendar for all of them, track CE against each state's rules, and have each renewal ready before the deadline.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who do you serve?

Behavior analysts (BCBAs), assistant behavior analysts (BCaBAs) and the ABA agencies that employ them, plus behavior technicians in the few states that credential them. Payer and Medicaid enrollment is handled by our sister team at whiteglovecredentialing.com.

Is there an interstate compact for behavior analysts?

No. Each state that licenses behavior analysts issues its own license, so practicing in three licensing states means three licenses. Many states offer reciprocity. How multistate practice works.

Which states license behavior analysts?

Forty states and DC have licensure laws, per the BACB, though Colorado is not issuing licenses yet. California, Delaware, Florida, Idaho, Maine, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, South Carolina and West Virginia have no behavior analyst license.

Do you submit my application for me?

No. The BACB warns that letting another person or entity complete a licensure application may violate state law. We prepare the complete package, request your verifications and fingerprints, and track it; you review, sign and submit.

Is my BCBA certification a license?

No. BACB certification is a national credential that licensing states rely on, but in those states you also need the state license before you practice, and renewing one does not renew the other.

Do you handle insurance credentialing and Medicaid?

No. A license and payer enrollment are separate processes. Our sister team at whiteglovecredentialing.com enrolls behavior analysts and ABA agencies with Medicaid and commercial payers once the license is issued.

Do you work with ABA agencies?

Yes. Agencies opening in a new state need a license for every supervising BCBA, assistant licenses where the state has them, and technician registrations in the few states that require them. We prepare all of it and keep one renewal calendar.

Do you only handle one state, or every state I hold?

Either. Most behavior analysts come to us for one state and stay for renewals, because every license has its own renewal date and CE rules, and one calendar for all of them is easier than several.

Who We Are

White Glove ABA takes the paperwork out of licensing for behavior analysts and ABA agencies. We prepare it end to end: your BACB verification sent to the board, license verifications, fingerprints with the right vendor, and the state law requirement where one applies. You review, sign and submit; we track it to a decision.

There is no compact for behavior analysts. Forty states and DC have licensure laws, ten states have none, and Colorado's new law is not issuing yet. So we map every state your clients and supervisees are in and tell you which licenses you need before you pay a fee.

From intake to issued license, we carry the board correspondence and keep every renewal, continuing education deadline and privilege on one calendar, so nothing lapses underneath your caseload.

Built for clinicians who value speed

Why We Built This

Licensing delays have real costs — a start date missed, a caseload that cannot open, a payer contract that stalls behind a credential.

40

states plus DC with behavior analyst licensure laws

There is no compact, so each licensing state needs its own license. Ten states, including California and Florida, have no license at all, and Colorado's new law is not issuing yet.

0

applications we submit for anyone

The BACB warns that letting another person or entity complete a licensure application may violate state law. We prepare the whole package; you review, sign and submit.

88,013

BCBAs certified by the BACB

Plus 4,931 BCaBAs and more than 259,000 RBTs. A third of New York's licensed behavior analysts live in another state, so holding several licenses is already normal.

"Licensing in a new state looks simple from the outside: send the license, start seeing patients. In practice it is a chain of dependencies: a BACB verification the board must receive directly, fingerprints from the right vendor, a state law requirement, a supervisor’s license for every assistant. Any one of them can delay a new client start. We built White Glove ABA to hold that whole chain so clinicians do not have to."
